・This product is an upcycled product that gives a new purpose to vintage or disused vessels.

・Vessels may show irregularities from manufacturing, such as color variations, glaze inconsistencies, distortions, iron spots, pinholes, crazing, and fine scratches due to age. Please enjoy these as part of each vessel's unique character.

・This product was independently planned and produced by REBLANC, and is not manufactured, sold, or licensed by the original vessel manufacturer.

・Regarding production, all items are handmade, so the wax surface may have irregularities, and the wooden wicks may vary in shape.

・Since we use 100% natural soy wax, the candle may burn unevenly, and air bubbles may form during the solidification process.

At REBLANC, we create each candle individually, pairing a unique vessel with the fragrance of your choice.

As these are made to order, please allow approximately 2 weeks from the time of your order until shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

・In the event of damage during delivery, initial defects, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival with photos showing the condition of the product.

・As each item is unique, we may issue a refund if we are unable to provide an identical replacement.

・REBLANC products may exhibit variations in glaze density, uneven coloring, iron spots, pinholes, crazing, individual differences in patterns and shapes, and minor abrasions in patterns due to age, which are inherent characteristics of the ceramics.

・Cracks may occur during the delivery process. If damage has occurred, please contact us via the inquiry form.

・The soy wax used is soft and melts easily, so during warmer seasons, the surface may melt during shipping. Please be assured that this does not affect its use.

・Domestic shipping is a flat rate of 900 yen (including tax) nationwide.

・Purchases of 15,000 yen (including tax) or more qualify for free shipping.

・Products are protected with cushioning material and carefully shipped as fragile items.

・As a general rule, we use EMS for international shipping.

・To make REBLANC products more accessible to international customers, REBLANC covers 20% of the international shipping fees.

・The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the customer's portion (80% of the international shipping fee) after REBLANC's covered portion has been deducted.

・Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc., that may arise will be the customer's responsibility.

To ensure safe enjoyment, please check the following before use:

・Before lighting, trim the wooden wick to approximately 5mm.

・Always use on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.

・For the first use, burn for at least 30 minutes to allow the wax surface to melt evenly. For each subsequent use, enjoy for approximately 1 hour.

・The container will be hot during burning and immediately after extinguishing. Do not touch or move it until it has completely cooled down.

・Do not rapidly cool a hot container.

・If the wooden wick is off-center and the flame is close to the container, extinguish it immediately.

・Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from flammable materials, small children, and pets.

・For safety, do not burn the wax completely. Stop using when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom.

・After extinguishing, ensure the flame is completely out. Close the lid and store once the container has cooled sufficiently.

・Do not reuse the container as tableware for food or drink after it has been used as a candle.

Once the container is empty, you can enjoy it as a candle again by using a REBLANC refill.
